Meet the Staff

 I've been part of the Peccole Ranch team since February 2024. My industry journey began in 2019, and I earned my community manager license in September 2024. As the General Manager at Peccole Ranch, I have the tasks of overseeing the day-to-day operations of Peccole Ranch which includes managing finances, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with community rules and regulations, and serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners and residents. I also work closely with the Boards of Directors to implement strategic plans, handle vendor contracts, and facilitate community events. Outside of work, you can often find me indulging in my hobbies. I have a passion for crocheting, enjoy the serenity of hiking, and occasionally attempt to keep up with my son in video games. However, I must admit that he usually wins!

 

I relocated to Las Vegas in 2005 from southwest Louisiana. Since relocating here, I have worked in the maintenance field at several HOAs throughout the valley.  With over 40 years of experience, I found that I thoroughly enjoy the challenges this field of work poses daily. As the Facilities Manager since 2016, and with the help and direction of the Board of Directors, I ensure Peccole is maintained to the best of my ability.  I have had the opportunity to meet many residents and pets throughout the years and look forward to those interactions.  I also have a rescue dog who is spoiled rotten, so as a friendly reminder, please keep your pets on a leash for your fur baby's safety and the safety of others.  If you happen to see me out and about, make sure to stop and say hi!

 

For the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of working as a bookkeeper at Peccole Ranch, though I’ve been in the accounting industry for over 30 years and truly enjoy what I do. Outside of work, my three furry companions—my dogs—bring immense joy to my life, and I treasure every moment spent with them. Weekends are often spent with my family, relaxing in the backyard, and enjoying each other’s company on a laid-back Sunday afternoon. While my weekdays are filled with numbers and spreadsheets, I find balance and fulfillment in life's simple pleasures—a wagging tail, a meaningful conversation, or a good laugh with loved ones.

 

My role is to ensure that homeowners feel valued and cared for, always with a friendly smile. As your first point of contact with management, I truly enjoy meeting each and every one of you. I’m a proud mother of two beautiful daughters and a grandmother to four amazing grandchildren. Outside of work, I love gardening and creating peaceful, relaxing spaces—sometimes even growing squash! Spending time with my grandchildren, enjoying fun activities and adventures together, is one of my greatest joys.

 

I am your primary contact for all Peccole Ranch Communications and Events. With a background in Personal Assisting, Marketing/Events and Business Engagement, I bring a diverse skill set to my role. In my free time, I’m an avid book lover (can’t get enough!), a passionate thrift and antique enthusiast, and I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends in both Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
